Terms of Service.

1. Who we are.

ai.brand-professor.com is operated by Brand Professor, a trading name of [Entity Name], a company registered in [Jurisdiction] under company number [Number]. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Brand Professor.

2. Who can buy.

You must be 18 or older to purchase. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

3. What you're buying.

Each Claude Skill is a digital product — a bundle of files designed to be installed inside Claude (Pro, Team, or Code). You are buying a license to use the skill, not the underlying intellectual property. The skill file is delivered through your account immediately after payment is confirmed.

4. How payment works.

Payment is processed by Paddle. We do not see or store your card number. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, calculated by your billing country. Receipts are sent to the email address you used at checkout.

5. Refunds.

Full refund policy: /refund. Short version: self-serve refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no item in the order has been downloaded. Once an item is downloaded, the digital goods are consumed and automatic refund eligibility ends — you may still contact us and refunds are then at the team's discretion. By completing checkout you consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that downloading waives the 14-day cancellation right. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

6. License to use.

Full license terms: /license. Short version: lifetime use across unlimited brands and clients in your own Claude account. No redistribution, resale, or reverse-engineering.

7. Your account.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We're not liable for unauthorised use of your account if it results from credentials you shared or stored insecurely. If you suspect compromise, change your password immediately and email us.

8. Acceptable use.

You may not use the skills to produce unlawful content, harassing content, content that infringes the IP of others, or content that violates Anthropic's usage policies for Claude. We reserve the right to terminate access for any account that does, with no refund.

9. Intellectual property.

All frameworks, named patterns, exercises, methodology, writing rules, and other content within the skills are the intellectual property of Sahil Gandhi and Brand Professor. The Brand Professor wordmark and logo are reserved. Buying a skill grants a license to use it; it does not transfer ownership.

10. Limitation of liability.

The skills are provided "as is." We make no warranty that the output will be commercially successful, legally compliant in your jurisdiction, or fit for any specific purpose. Our liability for any claim arising from your use of a skill is limited to the price you paid for that skill in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Termination.

You can stop using the skills at any time by deleting your local copy and your account. We may terminate access if you breach these terms, request a refund (in which case access ends with the refund), or repeatedly request refunds in bad faith.

12. Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email to your registered address. Continued use of the skills after notification means you accept the updated terms. If you don't accept, you can request a refund within 14 days of the change notice.

13. Governing law and disputes.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is heard in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer based in the EU, EEA, or UK, your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
