Self-serve refunds are available in your account within 14 days — but only if you haven't downloaded the skill yet. Once downloaded, the digital goods are consumed: contact refunds@brand-professor.com and the team will review your case.
The headline policy.
Every Claude Skill purchased on ai.brand-professor.com comes with a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase — provided the skill has not been downloaded. Because skills are digital goods that are consumed on download, a completed download ends automatic refund eligibility. This reflects the standard EU and UK digital-content exception to the 14-day cancellation right, which you consent to at checkout.
Eligibility at a glance.
- Eligible for a self-serve refund: the order is within 14 days of purchase and no item in the order has been downloaded.
- Not eligible for a self-serve refund: any item in the order has been downloaded. The download constitutes use of the digital goods. You can still contact us — refunds in this case are at the team's discretion.
- Outside the 14-day window: orders older than 14 days are not eligible for a refund under this policy.
How to request a refund.
If your order is within 14 days and you have not downloaded any item, go to Account → Order history, expand the order, and use the "Request refund" button. The refund is processed automatically. If you have already downloaded an item, email refunds@brand-professor.com from the address you used to purchase, include your order number, and explain the issue. We'll reply within one working day and handle it on a case-by-case basis.
What happens after a refund.
- The refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Your access to the skill file via your account is revoked.
- You're asked, on your honour, to delete any local copies of the skill bundle. The skill is licensed for use, not for ownership.
- You're welcome to repurchase any time. The 14-day window starts fresh from the new purchase date.
VAT, GST, and chargebacks.
Approved refunds include any VAT or GST collected at checkout — we refund the full amount you paid, including tax. If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer instead of emailing us, we'll usually still review the case — but please email first. It costs us less and resolves faster.
