The licence at a glance.
Every Claude Skill you purchase on this site is licensed for use. You are not buying the underlying intellectual property — frameworks, named patterns, exercises, methodology, and writing rules remain the IP of Sahil Gandhi and Brand Professor. You are buying the right to install and use the skill inside Claude for any purpose covered below.
- Use the skill inside your own Claude account (Pro, Team, or Code).
- Apply it to your own brand, your own products, and your own writing.
- Use it on client work — unlimited clients, unlimited engagements.
- Share the outputs (reports, briefs, copy) with anyone you choose.
- Quote or summarise small portions in talks, articles, or training, with attribution.
- Receive updated versions of the skill at no extra cost, indefinitely.
- Request a refund within 14 days of purchase. See Refund Policy.
- ×Redistribute or share the skill file with anyone else.
- ×Resell the skill, on Gumroad or anywhere else.
- ×Include the skill inside another product you sell.

Team and agency use.
The license covers one buyer. If multiple people on your team need to use the skill in their own Claude accounts, each person needs their own license. Volume pricing is available for teams of five or more — email hello@brand-professor.com for the rate.
Agencies using the skill on client work do not need a separate license per client. The agency buys the skill once and uses it across the client roster. The output is yours to deliver to clients.
What happens if you breach the licence.
If you redistribute the skill, your license is terminated. You'll be asked to delete all local copies and to confirm in writing that you've done so. If commercial redistribution is involved, we reserve the right to pursue the loss through normal legal channels under UK law.
What happens if Brand Professor goes away.
If we stop selling the skill, your license to use what you already bought continues indefinitely. We do not have the ability to remotely revoke access to a skill that has already been installed. The license is granted at the moment of purchase, not at the moment of each use.
Governing law.
This license is governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is heard in the courts of England and Wales. Brand Professor is a trading name of [Entity Name, to be confirmed], a company registered in [Jurisdiction].
